Our highly trained paramedics are ready to provide the urgent care you need in the comfort of your home 7 days a week. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, call 9-1-1 right away! You can use instED's Patient App to request a visit, either with or without creating an account. While it is not necessary to create an account, doing so allows you to save time for future requests, by not having to re-enter your name, address, or phone number. Creating an account also allows you to track your visit including the date for which the visit is scheduled, when a paramedic is en route to see you, ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of the paramedic, and when the paramedic has reached your location.
