Smooth setup of DEFA Power: DEFA PowerSetup app is your (installers) best friend. You will easily setup your new charging station within no time. We know how valuable your time as an installer is, and working efficiently is the key to success. Using the DEFA PowerSetup will be a no-brainer to set up your new installation with DEFA Power. • Connect via Bluetooth: By using BLE (Bluetooth low energy), you will be able to connect to your charging station. The app will automatically search for DEFA Power devices nearby after you are onboarded. Select your device, and a connection will be established. • View and edit charger settings: Get an overview of the settings on the device in the dashboard overview. Select for example between network settings, charger-specific settings or settings related to load balancing. • Handover charger to your client: trigger a quick test with the app to verify your settings and the proper functionality of your device before you hand over the charger to you client so they can be onboarded to use their new DEFA Power.

Ahlsell Scanning

Ahlsell Scanning – use your mobile phone to easily self-scan your products in Ahlsell’s stores. The app works in a similar manner as the handheld, scanning devices in our stores. When you use your mobile phone it’s the phone´s camera being used as a scanner. When you start your purchase, you have the possibility to enter Object id, Reference and Goods mark, which also will be shown on your invoice. There is the possibility to use several customer cards. Click on the icon on the top right on the screen to add more cards. You have the option to scan the barcode on the shelf or the barcode directly on the product. To complete your purchase, you simply scan a code, and you receive an ID which you show to a cashier who helps you finish your purchase. Some of our stores offer self-checkout where you can finish your purchase on your own. You can of course use the phone for speaking while you use it as a scanner.
