At Grind Athletics we use technology in order to enhance the essential skills of shooting, ball handling, and post moves. Players are able to do more in less time and build the muscle memory necessary for these skills to become second nature. No matter what the age or skill level each individual player works on what they need to perfect. Our virtual training visually demonstrate key footwork, form, and execution while our coaches instruct on habits and game situations.
