The leader in Boxing and Functional training with 12 locations and 4000 members.  We offer BoxFit Group Classes and Private 1 on 1 Sessions or a Combination of the two.  We do not train professional fighters. We use boxing drills and functional training to help “normal” people improve their fitness levels and lose/ maintain a healthy weight.  We have 10 classes a day starting at 5am and do private sessions throughout the day. Our package range suits everyone’s needs and most of our packages include access to our run and weekly yoga clubs.
