You will be receiving instruction and information concerning pregnancy/prenatal health, labor & birth, postpartum/postnatal health, meditation, fitness and wellness techniques including yoga, stretching, light resistance training, dancing and other physical activities. If I do not want my image, voice, or representation to be included in or distributed as part of class recordings, I will turn off my video or audio prior to participating so that I am not recorded. I further understand that recorded classes may be distributed in whole or in part for marketing, promotional, or in support of other business activities. 2. I am voluntarily participating in Instruction offered during online classes and recognize that physical exertion may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. 3.
