Follow along to the different workout plans we have created on the app. In app purchases Purchase products right from the app and pick them up in store. Bodifi Wellness app uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
