RunGR is a Grand Rapids-based running club that supports individual athletic excellence through the sport of running with structured coaching and a strong and supportive community.  While many of us join for the workouts as we chase personal records, we keep showing up because of the guidance and support we receive from our coaches and the community we build with our teammates.  RunGR will help add the structure and purpose to your routines needed to take your running to the next level. RunGR offers training programs for runners of all levels. Current RunGR members and the general public are welcome to download and use the the RunGR Connect app: Free for Everyone: You don't have to be a RunGR member to take advantage of the public resources such as listings of upcoming events, running tools, and the RunGR merch store. Amongst the running tools our helpful "Track Math" running calculators are perfect for anyone who runs, races, and who ponders what-if goals! • Find out what pace you'd need to hold to achieve your target time. • Find out what your finish time for a race would be if you held a given pace. • Use your results from a recent race to predict what you may be able to achieve in races of other distances. • Build a strategy for negative splits to quickly compute your finish time.
