With the Intermountain Homecare app, you can: • Update your personal information (name, address, health insurance) • Chat with your Intermountain Homecare team to answer your questions • Manage reminders for your resupply orders (medicine, oxygen cylinders, catheters, etc.) • Order new home medical equipment or replacement parts for ones you have • Learn more about your home medical equipment with the resource library • Schedule equipment refitting appointments (CPAP masks, etc.) • Sign an Advance Beneficiary Notices for Medicare The Intermountain Homecare app is for Intermountain Health’s Homecare patients and is powered by Citus Health.
