Our mission is to unify and strengthen special purpose government through education, the exchange of ideas, and active involvement in the legislative process. The Florida Association of Special Districts (FASD) fosters that collaboration through networking and educational events, online communities, and resources that provide professional development for all positions and career-stages. Our strongest asset is bringing members together to share ideas and best practices in management and leadership through educational opportunities. We believe that professional development should be fun. Our educational and networking activities always include first-class speakers, but it’s the relationships within the special districts and with those that support our mission that create and strengthen the FASD network.
