Contextually’s AI-driven guessing game challenges you to reveal a hidden word, using context: by guessing words most commonly used with it, getting closer & closer until you guess the hidden word itself. Each guess is ranked by how close it is to the hidden word. The lower the number, the closer you are to reaching the hidden word - word #1. Understanding context is how language AIs work. Computer models digest many thousands of articles, books, etc., with millions of words, to find which words are used most often together, and predict what words could come next. Contextually leverages the same insights, using text corpuses and modeling from Stanford University and Google. Because ‘context’ covers a wide range of what & how people communicate, Contextually is a challenge to play.
