On order, USARCENT transitions to a Coalition Forces Land Component Command (CFLCC) to dominate in conflict. In alignment with these objectives, this app supports the TRADOC Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) campaign plan, designed to reduce and ultimately eliminate sexual harassment and sexual assault from our ranks.
