Measure your happiness with ConsciousInsights. Once a day, you can write a few lines describing how your day was and ConsciousInsights uses Generative AI-powered analysis to evaluate this to a happiness score from 1 to 10. You can view your daily happiness scores as well as see it graphed over time. You can also view your average happiness and volatility score (e.g. how much your happiness fluctuates). Your daily entry gets analyzed and broken down to see how much things like career, relationships, or sleep influence your happiness positively or negatively.
