MergeFit allows you to easily merge and trim your workouts recorded using Apple Watch, or any fitness tracker that syncs workouts to Apple Health. ** MERGE WORKOUTS ** MergeFit lets you combine two or more (up to 10) workouts of the same type into a single comprehensive workout. All of the data recorded during your chosen workouts is included in the merged version — heart rate, energy burned, cadence, route, and more. The result is a complete workout that looks as though it was recorded in one go. ** TRIM WORKOUTS ** MergeFit allows you to trim any workout by removing portions from the start or end of the session. A new workout is created for the trimmed segment, complete with all of the original health data for just that portion. The original workout stays in Apple Health unless you decide to delete it. ** GET NOTIFIED WHEN WORKOUTS CAN BE MERGED ** MergeFit can automatically notify you whenever new workouts are eligible to be merged with existing ones. Tapping the notification takes you directly to the merge preview, so you can review the details before merging. ** EXPORT AND SHARE WORKOUTS ** Need to use your data outside of Apple Health? MergeFit can export workouts as FIT files. You can also upload them directly to Strava.
