Monitor your heart rate, stress levels and blood oxygen. Exercise Access over 60 exercise modes, allowing you to know your activity level, in order to achieve your health and fitness goals. Additionally, you can set goals not only for sports, but for general health, such as walking a certain number of steps a day, climbing stairs, burning calories, and the watch along with the app will inform you of your progress. Trends Based on the data collected, both sports and health, the app will create intelligent reports, indicating your trend so you can evaluate your progress and take corrective action if necessary.
