The app will display your balances and provide links to external websites for additional detail on your accounts. MyPay – view high-level details from your most recent paycheck Time-Off Balances – View your balances for vacation, vacation carryover, holidays, company holidays and sick time. Health and Insurance – View your health insurance coverage details and WellPower Rewards from UnitedHealthcare, CVS Caremark, Cigna, VSP and Vitality. Retirement – View retirement savings balance and HSA balance from Fidelity and Alight. Need Help – Access help resources for the Enterprise Help Desk, myHR Service Center or Facilities. Employment Verification – Initiate an employment verification letter for situations when you need to provide proof of income and/or employment status. You choose what the verification letter should include and provide the email address, and the app will generate a letter from Duke Energy for your verification.
