The app is developed by Mindfulness experts, psychotherapists and teachers by infused evidence-based neuroscience into Prophetic Teachings. We’re on a mission to revive the Muslim tradition of cultivating Hudhur, Dhikr, Tafakkur, Tadabbur, Muraqaba, Taqwa, and Ihsaan to build emotional resilience and well-being in a God-centered, culturally relevant way.
