Subscription does not auto-renew. ONE: Prepare Start with our OSTEO-GAINS Pre-Conditioning Get Ready Program for the first 4 weeks. You will repeat each session (20-30 mins) 3 times each week to get your body ready for the OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program. TWO: Stretch Perform the OSTEO-GAINS Stretching Program after every pre-conditioning session to help your muscles recover optimally. THREE: Perform The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program is performed barefooted and works in 4-week blocks. You repeat the same session for 4 weeks before progressing to the next new 4-week block. The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program is designed to be progressive and repetitive. This program includes osteogenic exercises that take approximately 2-3 minutes a day, and you can do them in the comfort of your own home ... while you wait for the kettle to boil. In the OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program, you will be guided through a structured exercise program that becomes progressively more difficult over 12 months. You will 'Jump, Jump, Rest, Repeat' to strengthen your bones 2-5 times each week, using a series of specific jumps and jump-landings. Our research found that bone health in premenopausal women improved (3.5 to 5% at the end of 12 months) when they performed the exercises, taking only 2-5 minutes a day. Our research informed how we structured our 12-month OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program. We measured improved compliance and technique, which led to significant lower body bone health improvements in our research participants. The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program is a supplementary osteogenic exercise program to specifically target bone health and can be performed alongside your regular exercise programs. PROGRESS Keep track of your jumping routine progress over 52 weeks. DEXA Scan We recommend, where possible, getting a DEXA scan done before you start our OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program. This will provide a benchmark measure of your current bone health and the ability to track any changes in your bone health over time. Continue to maintain your bone health by re-subscribing to the app annually. Device & Network Requirements iOS: 14.0 or later Android: 7.0 (API 24+) or later — Target SDK 35 Recommended: 3 GB+ RAM, 720p+ screen, 500 MB free space Connection: Stable Wi-Fi or mobile data required for video streaming VPN Use: App works with most VPNs if the region allows streaming; disable VPN if videos don’t load or try using a different network External Devices: The app does not include built-in casting or external-device support (e.g., TV/Chromecast/AirPlay apps). OS-level screen mirroring may work on some setups, but is not supported and performance isn’t guaranteed. Note: Videos cannot be downloaded for offline viewing.
