This permission ensures reliable message synchronization between the user's device and our servers. Use Cases: Real-time Message Sync - Continuously syncs new messages, read receipts, and typing indicators. Ensures messages are delivered promptly even when the app is minimized. Initial Sync After Login - Fetches complete conversation history and room memberships. May take several minutes for accounts with extensive chat history. Offline Message Queue - Messages sent while offline are queued and reliably delivered once connectivity is restored.
