You’ll need to be registered for online banking with Yorkshire Building Society, and we need your up-to-date mobile number. Once you’ve downloaded the mobile app, it takes just a couple of minutes to set yourself up and get started. * Open the app and enter your YBS online banking login details (customer number), date of birth and three random characters from your online account password. * You’ll receive a text message or phone call from us with your verification code. * Enter this code into the app – You’re registered. It couldn’t be easier. * Next, we’ll ask you to set up Touch ID, Face ID or a six-digit passcode. And that’s it! Frequently asked questions Do I have to be a YBS customer to use the app? Yes. To use the app you need to be an existing YBS customer and have registered your account for online banking.
