Dr. Prakash lost his eyesight in 2010 due to medical negligence. Yet, even at the age of 90+, his passion to serve the downtrodden remains strong. His selfless social service over 50 years has given a life of dignity to thousands. In his memoir, he reveals his source of strength – his family values, with a belief in ‘duty’ rather than ‘rights’, and his commitment to 'seva' (service) and the welfare of the marginalized through IDRF.
