Once USPS confirms the package is lost we will sed a replacement. This process takes a few days as USPS isn't ever in a hurry. Your patience will be required.  Shipping insurance should be purchased for the order TOTAL. If you purchase a lesser amount of insurance only that amount will be covered. Insurance protects your package from Sig Guy, LLC to the shipping address you provide. If your package is lost or damaged from our location to your location then it is covered by shipping insurance.  Shipping insurance DOES NOT cover theft once delivered to the shipping address you provided. It is YOUR responsibility to insure the delivery location is a secure location. If the location is a public location such as an office building or apartment complex we recommend adding signature required. If you want this option please leave a message on the checkout screen.
