Warm marinara or pizza sauce over stove and spread 2 tablespoons of sauce (or however much desired) evenly on slices of toast. Fry egg(s) to desired doneness and place on top of toast. Top with mozzarella and fold into one sandwich. Sprinkle with garlic salt or top with avocado for extra flavor! Enjoy!
