At Aurelia Demark, we stand behind the quality of each jewelry piece. However, in the rare instance a repair is needed, please email repairs@aureliademark.com. Please include your name, order number, description of repair required and photo of the damaged jewelry piece. Please note, Aurelia Demark will repair your jewelry piece free of charge if it is due to a manufacturer’s defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs will be evaluated on an individual basis. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs or exchanges. If we are able to repair your piece, we send shipping instructions.
