Organization & Time Management ProgramAge Group: 6+ MASTERPLAN 7–12 is an evidence-based, structured 12-session program designed to strengthen organization, time management, and planning skills in children aged 7–12. It is addressed to special educators, teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists who work with children who struggle to remember, initiate, or complete everyday tasks.The program is grounded in the core principle that these skills are not innate talents but abilities that develop gradually through practice, clear structure, and adaptation to each child’s pace. Each session has a specific goal and contributes to the step-by-step development of functional strategies that can be transferred to the child’s daily life.A central focus of the material is the development of practical skills such as list-making, goal prioritization, time estimation and allocation, and task completion without excessive pressure. At the same time, emphasis is placed on consistent routines and the use of visual tools, which support concentration and reduce disorganization.A key element of the program is the concept of the “Little-Saboteurs”, an externalized metaphor that helps children understand their difficulties without identifying them with their character or self-worth. Through this approach, children learn that they are not the problem; rather, they face specific challenges that can be addressed and improved. This perspective enhances cooperation, self-confidence, and motivation.Throughout the sessions, children are encouraged to develop self-observation and awareness, recognizing when they become disorganized, avoid demanding situations, or need support. The approach is supportive and realistic, focusing on functionality rather than perfection.The material is flexible, reusable, and can be adapted or repeated according to the child’s needs and the context of implementation. Progress is viewed as a cyclical process in which small steps, re
