Eins meiner ältesten Rezepte auf dem Blog ist das Colahuhn. 2012 war es ein ziemlicher Internethit, und wurde sogar im Fernsehen zum Gaumenschmaus erklärt. Seitdem habe ich die süß-pikante Wokpfanne oft gekocht und das Rezept hat sich, wie meine Kochkünste, weiter entwickelt. Ich liebe so schnelle, einfache Gerichte vollgepackt mit viel Gemüse und Aroma. Also dachte ich mir, ich zeig euch mal, wie ich heute mein Colahuhn mache. Das Original-Rezept gibt es immer noch bei Chefkoch.de, und hier findet ihr ab nun meine neue Variante, die das alte Rezept ersetzt. Im Gegensatz zu früher verwende ich mehr Gemüse und die Zubereitung ist einfacher, dafür habe ich das Ganze um schnelle Scherennudeln ergänzt. Die könnt ihr aber auch weglassen und stattdessen Reis dazu servieren. Also, lasst uns anfangen! Der Teig für die Scherennudeln wird als erstes zubereitet, damit er Zeit hat zu ruhen. Dafür einfach Mehl, Wasser und eine Prise Salz zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Vielleicht hilft das ja! Gebt mir doch Bescheid. Der Teig ist gut, sobald er nicht mehr klebt und sich glatt anfühlt. Lasst ihn bis zur Weiterverarbeitung zugedeckt ruhen, dadurch wird er geschmeidig. Für die Wokpfanne brauchen wir: Hühnchenbrüste, Cola, Sojasauce, Koriandersamen, Kreuzkümmel, Pfeffer, Ingwer, Knoblauch und Gemüse - da nehme ich einfach, was Kühlschrank und Saison hergeben, wobei Karotte und Zwiebel schon Pflicht sind. Diesmal kamen auch noch Paprika, Chinakohl und Zucchini dazu, eine gute Kombi. Das Gemüse putzen und nach Lust und Laune in mundgerechte Happen schneiden. Ingwer und Knoblauch werden fein gehackt, das Hühnerfleisch in ca. 1cm große Würfel geschnitten. [video width="622" height="352" mp4="http:
