Dr@hakeem mobile application is the outcome of our efforts aligned in support of our main EHR solution “Hakeem”, which is currently in use throughout the kingdom. Dr@hakeem application enables physicians to track patients’ medical appointments, and it provides full details about the patients’ medical history such as, vital signs, allergies, health problems, laboratory tests, radiology reports, and medications, all in order to improve health by easing health information access. This application is English enabled as well as Arabic. Hakeem program is a solution geared to improve health in Jordan by leveraging technology. It enables access to patients’ Electronic Health Records by health care service providers upon need, where authorized, anywhere in the kingdom, all in support of better decision support, and informed decision making. ‘Dr@HakeemRMS’ Application Features: 1. Clinics screen: Displays clinics which relates to the specialist doctor and displays all clinics for the resident. 2. Appointments screen: Displays the patients’ scheduled appointments. 3. Appointment details screen: Displays Appointment Information (Patient’s name, hospital/health care center name, clinic’s special instructions). 4. Patient information screen: Displays the patient’s basic information in addition to his vital signs and medical record. 5. Laboratory tests details screen: Displays patient’s laboratory orders and results. 6. Radiology screen: Displays patient’s radiology orders and reports.
