باص تك – أولياء الأمور يخبر أولياء الأمور بشكل فوري عن موقع أبنائهم أثناء انتقالهم من وإلى المدرسة عن طريق إشعارات وتنبيهات تصل إلى أجهزتهم الخلوية. يصل تنبيه إلى الأهالي قبل وصول الحافلة بمسافة محددة مسبقاً للاستعداد لصعود ابنهم إلى الحافلة دون إضاعة الوقت. تصل تنبيهات للأهالي عند صعود أو نزول أبنائهم من الحافلة وعند وصولهم إلى المدرسة. يصل مع الإشعارات بعض المعلومات مثل تواريخ وأوقات صعود ونزول الأبناء من الحافلة وإمكانية استرجاع هذه المعلومات.
Buss tecc - School Transport Parents : instantly informs parents about the location of their children as they travel to and from school via notifications and alerts on their mobile phones. An alert arrives before the arrival of the bus at a predetermined distance to prepare their son to board the bus without wasting time. Parents are notified when their children get on or off the bus and when they arrive at school. The notification arrives with some information, such as the dates and times of when the children get on and off the bus, with the ability to retrieve this information.

The Company Bus Tracking application enables parents and company authorities to track real-time location of a school bus from anywhere, anytime using RFID tags and GPS trackers. The parents and company authorities will receive notifications in the form of SMS and iOS push notifications about the school bus locations. The first notification of the day will be received 10 minutes prior to the bus arriving at the scheduled stop. The next notification comes just after the student boards the bus and swipes their RFID cards in the card readers installed in the bus. Parents and company authorities can then track the route of the school bus on a map. Students have to swipe their RFID cards even while getting down from the bus and then, the parents and company authorities get notified once again. The same process is repeated in the evening when the students travel back to their homes. Apart from school bus locations, parents and company authorities also get notified in case of over speeding or unscheduled bus stops.
