This application only works if you have an access code provided by your company. Your company put in place a Nap&Up nap space? Then this application is for you! Your Nap&Up space is equipped with nap cocoons: an ergonomic chair and visual isolation allowing you to let go. We designed this application to offer you the best napping experience through two services: the booking of a nap slot and access to relaxation audios. Our goal? Helping you easily let go right at your workplace. We know that is not as easy task… CUSTOMIZABLE NAP&UP AUDIO: Whether or not you’ve made an habit of practicing micro-napping, those audios were designed to accompany you and teach you how to blow off some steam at your workspace. Developed by sophrologists and hypnotherapists, the idea is to let a calm and soothing voice guide you. Don’t panic, an alarm will remind you of the end of your nap! As of today, more than 300 audios are available. BOOKING A NAP SLOT: Simple and quick, book your micro-nap and make sure that the space is available when you need it by selecting the time and day, and your favorite cocoon.
