The UIF is leveraging on technology to implement the UIF App to promote the self -service to its clients and reduce long queues in the labour centres. UIF APP serves as a tool for enabling ultimate engagement with the claimants thereby improving service delivery and turnaround times  - View current employer declaration along with date when declared - Track and trace progress of the claim without visiting labour centre - Check the progress of submitted payment continuation without visiting labour centre - Conveniently submit payment continuation  - Lodge complaints  - View required documents and a directory of labour centres - Locate nearest labour centres
