You can find a doctor, access community resources such as food banks, pay a bill, get health information and more any time of the day or night. Everything you need to manage you and your family’s healthcare organized in one easy to use app. myTuftsMed includes a framework that allows our app to share data with Apple's Health App and CareKit, which then sends data to the EHR. The patient must have an order from their physician and complete set up on their mobile device including acceptance of terms to upload the external app data to myTuftsMed.
