The towers’ residents can also sell, buy, and giveaway used/unused personal products from residents within the same tower. Users can order the products and make their payments online or cash on delivery (COD) through the app. *Services: Booking daily household/maintenance service givers like electricians, plumbers, painters, pest control specialists, etc. through our application. *Payments: Checking the service charge’s invoice and overdue payments, making hassle-free payments, and requesting NOC’s. *Use digital communication: Reading the notice board, raising complaints, setting reminders, filling out surveys, finding the contact details of committee members, neighbors and emergency contacts, and arranging social groups or meetings if it’s required *Invitations: Inviting friends and family members; users can send an invitation to their guests through the app. The guests will then receive a unique passcode with the invitation, which they will have to enter the tower’s gate to get a seamless entry.
