【HIIT Timerとはどんなアプリ？】
20秒のトレーニングと10秒の休憩を繰り返しカウントするタイマーです。
BGM・効果音でスマホを見ずにトレーニングが可能です。
起動してすぐ開始できます。
さっそくトレーニングを開始しよう。
【HIITとは】
HIITとは、高強度インターバルトレーニングの略称です。
高強度の全力運動を繰り返し行うことで、心拍数を上昇させ効率的に筋肥大・カロリー消費を行うトレーニングです。
【使い方】
セット数を選択し、スタートボタンでトレーニングを開始できます。
ストップでタイマーを停止できます。
その場合は、再度スタートボタンでトレニングを再開できます。
再度、1からトレーニングを始めたい場合やセット数の変更は、リセットボタンを押すことでセット数の選択が可能になります。
設定画面では、BGMと効果音の設定を変更することができます。
【便利機能】
・セット数だけ設定すれば、すぐにトレーニングが始められます。
・BGMでトレーニングと休憩の切り替えがわかるので、スマホを見ずにトレーニングに集中することができます。

The sound source in the device can be used as background music and signal sound.
Count-up and count-down display can be selected.
Animation: Choose from four types: Simple, Metronome, Graph, and Pinwheel.
The Pinwheel animation rotates as if it catches the wind when you blow into the microphone with your breath.
