OrderAssist ist ein Bediensystem, entwickelt für Vereinsveranstaltungen in allen Größen. Von der Bewirtung des kleinen Sportheims bis zum großen Feuerwehrfest wird jede Veranstaltung unterstützt.
Wie funktioniert's?
Durch OrderAssist werden Abläufe bei der Bewirtung einer Veranstaltung verbessert indem Laufwege und Kommunikationsprobleme verringert werden.
1. Bestellung aufnehmen: Eine Bedienung nimmt über die OrderAssist App eine Bestellung auf. Die Bestellung wird direkt an die Theke und an die Küche geschickt und dort gedruckt.
2. Zubereiten: Das Theken- und Küchenpersonal bereiten die Bestellung zu und richten alles auf Tabletts.
3. Servieren: Läufer tragen die fertig gerichteten Tabletts an den Tisch. Bis die Bestellung am Tisch angekommen ist hat die Bedienung bereits kassiert und kann einen weiteren Tisch aufnehmen.
