Think of it as your phone’s helpful companion. You can view your bills and usage, top up and manage your bundles, set safety buffers and check out your upgrade options. All of this is available instantly, any time of day or night — so there’s no need to visit our Phone Shops. Still need additional support? No problem, our friendly customer services team are here to help. We’re available 7am – 11pm every day via secure in-app chat. Even if we’re not online, you can still drop us a message and we’ll respond as soon as we’re back.
