醫務衞生局已向香港仔坊會批出南區康健中心的營運服務合約。中心於2022年10月17日正式啟動，位於黃竹坑，並在赤柱、利東、置富和香港仔設有附屬中心，鴨脷洲則設有健康存取庫。南區康健中心透過資訊科技連結地區醫護人員，推行健康人生計劃、慢性疾病共同治理先導計劃和配對家庭醫生等基層醫療服務，並加強與其他地區基層醫療健康服務及設施的協調，為居民提供方便的照顧個人健康的環境。 「健康指南」行動應用程式提供以下功能，旨在方便使用者獲取資訊並提升服務體驗。未來將增加更多功能。詳情請瀏覽www.southdhc.org.hk。 • 預約會員登記 • 南區地區康健中心活動消息 • 南區地區康健中心即時更新 • 會員個人健康提示 "The Health Bureau (formerly the Food and Health Bureau) has awarded the operation service contract for the Southern District Health Centre (SDHC) to the Aberdeen Kai-fong Welfare Association Limited. The SDHC officially launched on 17th October 2022, located in Wong Chuk Hang, with satellite centers in Stanley, Lei Tung, Chi Fu, and Aberdeen, as well as a Health Library in Ap Lei Chau. SDHC utilizes information technology to connect healthcare professionals in the district and implements various primary health services such as the Life Course Preventive Care (LCPC), Chronic Disease Co-Care Pilot Scheme (CDCC), and the Family Doctor Pairing (FD). It also strengthens coordination with other primary healthcare services and facilities in different regions to provide a convenient environment for residents to care for their personal health. The mobile app, "Health Navigator", offers the following features to facilitate information access and enhance user experience. More features will be added in the future.
