HealthKit Integration This app integrates with HealthKit to store time spent in the app as Mindfulness minutes. If you grant access to HealthKit when prompted, all time spent in the app be recorded as mindfulness minutes, and will be available for viewing in Apple’s Health App The included Apple Watch App also retrieves step count and sleep data to allow you view how your mood may related to sleep and exercise.
