Medgate has more than 100 doctors who take time for you and provide you with competent advice and treatment. Patients benefit from Medgate's 20 years of experience in the field of digital health and telemedicine. Pros: - 24/7 access to competent medical team - No long waiting times - Thanks to artificial intelligence: fast, uncomplicated clarification of whether a teleconsultation or a physical visit to the doctor makes sense - Avoid unnecessary medical consultations - Consultation and treatment by experienced medical specialists - Receive prescriptions, medical certificates, certificates of incapacity for work, referrals and prescriptions - Summary of the doctor's consultation and the treatment plan directly in the App - Register your favorite doctors This is how telemedicine treatment works: 1. Costs The consultation is billed via the health insurance company in the context of statutory benefits (analogous to a visit to a doctor's office) and is recognized by all Swiss health insurers.
