If you have active Health Care insurance, after successful registration in the application, you can do the following: • Make an appointment for an online review. • Submit online an application for reimbursement of expenses. • Generate a virtual copy of your personal ID card to identify as a client with Health Care insurance at any time. • Send requests for confirmation of highly specialized research. • Obtain recent information about submitted insurance claims and services used. • Use a map with tour partners-medical institutions from the Bulstrad Life Vienna Insurance Group network. • Make inquiries referring to the coverage of your Health Care insurance. Even in case, they don’t have Health Care insurance provided by Bulstrad Life, by using B-Assist the clients of Bulstrad Life can easily do the following: • Buy online selected insurance products offered by Bulstrad Life. • Pay online installments for long-term life insurances offered by Bulstrad Life. • Send a notification of an insurance event (for insurance products other than "Health Care" insurance).
