The interface layout may adjust, but all applications will be retained. How does camera-based heart rate/blood oxygen measurement work? We use a method called PPG (Photoplethysmography), which relies on optical technology to detect blood flow changes regulated by the heart. When your heart beats, blood flows in and out of the capillaries in your finger. These changes in blood volume cause variations in tissue color.
