The Service Finance mobile application allows registered dealers and their authorized agents the ability to securely apply for customer financing while on site 24/7. The secure application can be filled out quickly by leveraging some exclusive add-ons that allow it to capture demographic information by simply scanning the customer's driver's license. Agents will also be notified with an underwriting decision real-time on the device leveraging the device's native push notification system. Agents are also able to snap a photo and upload work orders and other stipulations leveraging the existing camera on the device. The app also allows the agent to provide a touch interface for the customer to easily sign their loan documents electronically. This grants the agent the ability to successfully complete all the required tasks before ever leaving the property, greatly reducing the processing time. The agent then has the ability to follow the progress of the request through all the steps and manage their individual pipeline real-time. The office administrator will be provided with access to the agent management dashboard upon successfully registering for and completing the training.
