This app uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of common quality of life conditions to select from. Answer a few simple questions, even upload a photo, and your issue will automatically be reported to the proper department to be assigned. We will let you know that we've received your concern, give you updates on the progress, and let you know when the issue has been resolved.
