1800MEDICARE (was my health)

The 1800MEDICARE app (previously my health gov) is a secure and convenient way to view key health information that you, your healthcare providers or representatives have uploaded to My Health Record, it also gives you access to electronic prescriptions and has great features like find and book a health service, useful links to Medicare services and much more. It’s fast, easy, and secure - and you can access and share it all from the palm of your hand. The 1800MEDICARE app is the first step towards easier access to more health services for all Australians. The app has recently been updated, allowing users to manage and change privacy and access settings, which will also be reflected in My Health Record. Over time, new features including in-app notifications for preventative screening and reports on your tests and scans will be added. To start using the 1800MEDICARE app, you’ll need: - a myGov account linked to My Health Record - to have accessed your My Health Record at least once through a web browser For help to do this, please follow all 3 steps to set up your record online - https://www.digitalhealth.gov.au/help/set-up
