In the event of an alarm, a call is started to the alarm recipient at the same time as the app sends the exact position, identity of the person who made the alarm and other status information from the phone to the receiver. The identity is linked to the action document that is registered with Eliot Protect, so that the alarm receiver gets an exact and clear picture of what has happened and clear instructions on what to do.
