Volume in Pipe (V.i.P.) is a simple, efficient tool for estimating the gas volume contained in a pipe, pig launcher/receiver, or vessel. Enter basic operating conditions, select a pipe size, and the app provides an approximate volume based on general assumptions.
This tool is intended for quick field estimates only. It does not incorporate detailed gas analysis, which may significantly affect calculated volumes.

A straightforward gas pipe volume calculator app that uses the NPS (Nominal Pipe Size) standard.
Previous calculations are conveniently saved to the device (only locally).
No data is collected. Data can be completely removed from the ellipsis icon on the right top corner
or selectively from the Previous Calculations tab by swiping left on a particular row.
