To excel the quality clinical services through comprehensive service innovation, CUHK Medical Centre Limited (CUHKMC) has developed this CUHKMC patient mobile application (CUHKMC Patient APP) as a 1-stop mobile platform designed to uphold patient empowerment and patient experience in the overall healthcare journey at CUHKMC. This 1-stop (CUHKMC Patient App) facilitates easy management of patient’s own health in a convenient and efficient way. Patient/registered next-of-kin(s) authorised by patient can access patient data via registered mobile phone(s). Functions, features and services (together, Services) provided through the (CUHKMC Patient App) include checking and managing appointments for clinical services, setting drug administration schedule and record keeping in one’s own hands. More new services in the (CUHKMC Patient App) will be available in the near future.
