You can create individual training profiles - from simple warm-ups to challenging rowing workouts with varying intensity in the intervals of your training profile. Your workouts are saved in Apple Health. Track your training success through Apple Health or Apple Fitness, whether you complete your training at home or in the gym. If you have paired an Apple Watch with your iPhone, the movement pattern of a rowing cycle is analysed and measured using the sensors of the Apple Watch. Your stroke rate per minute specification serves as a guideline for your training in this case. However, the actual rowing strokes are measured using the Apple Watch. KiraRowing can also be used on an iPad, but without Apple Watch support only.
