USHG Digital Wallet, powered by Branch, is a Mastercard debit card and account issued by Evolve Bank & Trust pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted. **Qualifying employees who opt into the USHG Digital Wallet program will receive 51% of their tip payouts automatically in their USHG Digital Wallet account as soon as they are available. Qualifying employees will be able to advance up to 51% of their earnings from shifts for which they are not eligible for tips, up to a maximum of $1,000 per pay period, through the On-Demand Pay feature in the USHG Digital Wallet. Eligibility for access to earnings before payday can be impacted by certain voluntary or involuntary payroll deductions.
