All classes are conducted with far infrared heat therapy which provides a multitude of health benefits including improved cellular regeneration, greater detoxification, improved rate of recovery, increased fat burn, improved sleep, and reduction of pain, and improvement of skin health to name a few! Heated classes combine key elements of strength training, HIIT and Pilates. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. In-studio classes range from 45 to 60 minutes and are designed to be completed anywhere, with no equipment required. To optimize your workout, we do recommend the use of optional weights such as dumbbells (1-20lbs), resistance bands (light to heavy), ankle weights (2.5-5lbs), and sliders.
