When you step into the PIT, be ready for a 60- minute, non-stop HIIT workout. The PIT is an open-air environment, where the only limitation is YOU. Each day of the week we target different and specific muscle groups. Operated by self-powered equipment, strategically designed to achieve your desired results. Each class is capped at 21 clients, allowing the trainer to give you individualized attention.
