The Diet Quality Score is a simple instrument that allows athletes to measure the overall quality of their diet. The DQS Mobile app was designed to make it as easy as possible to calculate a Diet Quality Score each day. The Graphs page lets you see how you are doing with your Diet Quality Score over time. You can view your data over the last week, month or year. When viewing yearly data, it is displayed as 52 week-long averages.
